Delivery Information

Deliveries are normally within 2-3 days using our transport service.

If you are ordering from Friday to Sunday, you can expect delivery the following Wednesday. During Bank Holidays, delivery may extend an extra day.

Free delivery is applied for all orders which exceed £250 (The subtotal of all your products).

For orders below £250, the delivery cost is calculated from the delivery postcode you entered in your basket.

We will try to notify you when the delivery will arrive, so please check you contact telephone details are correct when ordering and ensure someone will be in for the delivery to avoid any redelivery fees.

When our transport service arrive, they will deliver your order to the front of your property and might arrive in a large lorry, so please ensure your delivery location allows for easy access to allow them to unload and leave promptly. Pallet deliveries will require a flat solid surface.

Please make sure you inspect your products on delivery before accepting them in good condition.

Timed delivery slots are available only if you purchased a Special Delivery option.
